Minée is a bean-to-bar chocolate manufacturer and small-batch coffee roaster based in Menlo Park, CA and founded by Chef Michael Sigmon and Renée Fadiman.
Minée chocolates are meticulously handmade in small batches, following a process that yields a confection with a luxuriously smooth mouthfeel and a complex, harmonious flavor profile. We select only the finest single-origin cacao beans and ethically-sourced ingredients for our chocolate.
Our house-roasted Demitasse blend is 100% single-source organic from a small cooperative of indigenous farmers located in the highlands of Chiapas, Mexico. We medium roast these beans to extract the maximum chocolate and tropical fruit cupping notes that distinguish the coffee from this region.
